Note: Items that appear worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without confirmation.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items.

If you received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee a cancellation.
