- All products are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to limit quantities per person or household
- Colour and texture: Product colours and textures may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to photography lighting, editing, and individual monitor/device display settings. This is standard across all online retail and does not constitute a misrepresentation or defect
- Handmade items: Many of our products are handmade or artisan-crafted. Minor variations in stitching, finish, or pattern placement are characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects
- We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions, and care instructions
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in USD or PKR as applicable
- Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice
- All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details
- By completing payment, you confirm the transaction is authorised and legitimate
5. Orders and Contract
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase
- Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock issues), in which case a full refund will be issued
- By completing your order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Return & Exchange Policy, and our Shipping Policy
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control
- All orders are dispatched to the address provided at checkout
- Once an order is marked as Delivered by the courier, the order is considered successfully fulfilled
- Sundays Fashion is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery, including packages left in a safe place, at a mailbox, reception, or with a neighbour as directed by the courier
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address
7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Summary:
- Returns accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery
- Items must be unused, with original tags, in original packaging
- Customer must contact us first before returning any item
- Defective items must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence
- Refunds processed within 5β10 business days of inspection
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
8. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention
This section is an important part of our Terms. By placing an order you agree to the following:
8.1 Attempt Merchant Resolution First
Before raising any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you agree to contact us at support@sundaysfashion.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your concern. We commit to responding within 2 business days.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the merchant is a violation of Mastercard and Visa cardholder dispute requirements and of these Terms.
8.2 Chargebacks on Delivered Orders
If a chargeback is raised on an order confirmed as delivered by the courier, Sundays Fashion will contest the dispute and submit the following evidence to the card network:
- Courier tracking history and delivery confirmation
- Order invoice and product description
- Customer communication records (or confirmation of no contact)
- Website policy screenshots and checkout acceptance records
- Any other supporting documentation
8.3 False Claims and Chargeback Fraud
Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading information to your bank or card provider to obtain a refund for goods you have received is considered chargeback fraud. This includes but is not limited to:
- Claiming goods were not received when delivery is confirmed
- Submitting photographs of different items to misrepresent quality
- Claiming you contacted the merchant when no such contact was made
- Retaining goods while obtaining a full refund via chargeback
Sundays Fashion reserves the right to:
- Challenge all fraudulent chargebacks with full evidence
- Permanently ban customers who engage in chargeback fraud
- Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities and payment networks
- Seek recovery of losses including dispute fees incurred as a result of fraudulent claims
8.4 Arbitration Fees
In the event a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback proceeds to arbitration by the card network (Mastercard/Visa/Amex), and the decision is found in our favour, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement of any arbitration fees incurred from the responsible party.
8.5 Payment Gateway & Dispute Framework
Sundays Fashion processes payments through payment processor, a Visa-owned payment gateway. All chargeback disputes are handled under the applicable dispute framework of the relevant payment network, including but not limited to:
- Visa Reason Code 13.3 β Not as Described or Defective Merchandise
- Mastercard Reason Code 4853 β Cardholder Dispute (Defective/Not as Described), for any Mastercard
- American Express Dispute Code C31 β Goods/Services Not as Described
- PayPal SNAD Policy β Significantly Not as Described
- Stripe / Other Payment Processors β Per applicable card network rules
we utilise Visa’s Decision Manager and fraud detection tools on all transactions. We will submit full documented evidence within the required dispute response window, including delivery confirmation, checkout acceptance records, product listings, and all communication history.
9. Quality Standards
Sundays Fashion is committed to:
- Inspecting every order before dispatch
- Shipping items that match the product description and quality shown on our website
- Using high-quality materials as described in product listings
Our products are handcrafted and artisan-made. Customers purchasing handmade fashion acknowledge that minor natural variations are an inherent characteristic of handmade goods and are not grounds for return or dispute.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website β including images, logos, designs, text, and product photography β is the exclusive property of Sundays Fashion. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Sundays Fashion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or products purchased
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question
- We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, or events outside our control
12. Privacy and Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by applicable international e-commerce and consumer protection laws relevant to the customer’s country of residence
- For customers in Pakistan: applicable provisions of the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 and consumer protection laws apply where relevant
- For customers in Australia: Australian Consumer Law applies where applicable
- For customers in the United Kingdom: UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies where applicable
- For customers in the United States: applicable state and federal consumer protection laws apply
- For customers in Canada: applicable provincial and federal consumer protection legislation applies, including the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act where relevant
- For customers in the European Union: applicable EU consumer protection directives and local implementing legislation apply where relevant
- For customers in all other countries and regions: applicable local consumer protection and e-commerce laws of the customer’s country of residence apply where relevant
- In all cases, customers agree to attempt resolution directly with Sundays Fashion before pursuing any formal dispute, chargeback, or legal action
